* Flora Farms Members without Beachfront Flats ownership 800 MXN pesos minimum consumption or ($40 USD)
* El Encanto Members and Flora Members with Beachfront Flats ownership (not staying on-site) 500 MXN pesos minimum consumption ($25 USD)
* Minimum consumptions apply to all seating areas including beach, sofa, sun loungers.
* East Cabanas up to 3 people and a minimum consumption of $3,000 pesos same price all members
* Host will seat you based on availability
* Children 16 and under are 50% discounted
* Minimum Consumption Fees do not cover gratuity
* Children under 10 years old are not permitted unless they are part of the Beachfront Flats ownership group.
* Children under 3 years old must wear special swim diapers and a waiver form must be signed.
* Reservations Required for the BeachClub and for the Restaurant are highly recommended .
* Please request a reservation in advance.
* Upon Arrival to Vera-Neo, Please be prepared to present your ID and to check-in.
No Open Tabs.
* Please be prepared to pay your tab at completion of your visit.
* Vera-Neo does not offer open tabs to on or off-site real estate owners.
* Cash, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted.

* No Food in the Pool. Please do not consume food in the pool itself. No food is allowed to be taken down to the beach.
* No Outside Music is allowed No Outside Food, Drinks, or Beverage Containers. Outside food, drinks, and beverage containers are prohibited within the Beach Club, Restaurant/Bar, and/or the commercially operated areas. House water is available free of charge.
Infinity Edge Pool Care.
* Jumping from, standing, and/or sitting in/on the the beach-side of the pool’s infinity edge is not permitted. No running permitted in the pool area.No Glass at the Pool Area.
* Glass of any kind is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
* No Smoking.
Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the property.
* Pet Policy.
Pets are prohibited from being in the beachclub area.
* Public Intoxication Prohibited.
Those who appear to be over-intoxicated or drunk and disorderly will be asked and required to leave.
* Swimming Attire Required.
By law, nude bathing is prohibited.
* Towels Maximum of 2 towels used per client per visit.
* Towels are not to leave the BeachClub area unless used on the beach directly in front of the Vera-Neo.
* Do not use towels to clean food.
* Seat Reserving Vera-Neo always keeps ample spaces set aside for Beachfront Flat Owners and Guests .
Vera-Neo staff would like to have reservation request from Owners to better know who is going to be enjoying the BeachClub for the day and at approximately what hours, however, reservations are not mandatory.
* In general, Beachfront Flat Owners and Guests can not reserve the same location every day if the area they want is in high demand as that is not fair to other Beachfront Flat Owners/ Guests.
* Vera-Neo staff will do their best to be fair and find alternative seating.
* Vera-Neo does not allow for chairs to be empty with towels holding a space for more than 1.5 hours.
* We discourage guests from coming very early to reserve their location and then leaving.
* No Sand in Pool Area.
* A shower and foot rinse is provided at the entrance of the beach.
* Please rinse off all sand prior to entering the pool area.
* Parking.
* Please find parking on the street in front of or near the property.
* Please be considerate of our neighbor's driveways.
* Right to Refuse Service and Entry.
* The Property and Vera-Neo reserve the right to refuse entry and/or services to anyone who is unwilling or unable to follow the above guidelines, and for any other reason the Property or Vera-Neo choose.
* East Cabanas (two of them) or the West Cabana area for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 childrenPrivate Pergola- Is for a maximum of up to 8 adultsFitness Center.
* The Fitness Center is only available to those that have an active Membership or are staying at The Beachfront Flats
* Fitness Center is for 16 years and older only.
* There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or at the beach in front of Vera-Neo.
* The beach can be very rough and dangerous during different times of the year and life threatening conditions can be present.
* Entering the water is at your own risk.
* Beach Service: At this moment , there is no service on the beach.
* If you want to sit and relax on the beach, that is an option, however, you will need to go to the bar for drinks.
* We allow our drinks to go on the beach (please return any glasses).
* We do not allow food or plates to go on the beach.
* You must eat at the restaurant when sitting on the beach.
We do expect this to change in the future, however, for now this is the situation with beach service.
